Our product will be delivered in 3 to 7 days (Maximum),
And the product returns only when the product received is damaged, defective or
wrong item delivered.
If you received seal tempered product, Kindly
refuse or not to accept the products.
Goods came in damaged condition
You shall provide the order number, pictures,
video or other proof within 12 Hour (from the date when you
receive the product) and srfrz.com will deal with this after receiving
sufficient evidence. All returns, exchanges or refunds shall be based on the
confirmation and approval of srfrz.com
How to cancel the Order?
If you placed an order and wants to cancel the
order then srfrz.com is easy to accept the return if the product is not
shipped. Generally, we are shipping the product in maximum 24hrs. When your
order is shipped, we are not to accept your cancel request.
If you want to cancel the product from your side
then, Login into the account- > MY ACCOUNT -> Orders- > Cancel. After
that, we are received your cancellation request.
About unsatisfactory products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you
can return it within 3 days from its delivery date to receive a refund of your
purchase minus the shipping fees or an exchange. You will have to pay the
shipping fees both ways if the reason is not related to our mistake. Please
ensure to return the item with its original packaging and in the same
conditions in which you received it.
How to change the shipping/Billing address in
order?
You can change the shipping/Billing address
before order shipment. Once the ordered will be shipped, srfrz.com is not to
allow to change the shipping address. Generally, we are shipping the product in
maximum 24hrs.
3 days product guarantee
Did your item arrive damaged, different or not
working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is
outlined below.
Within 3 days of receiving the product contact us
on call/email with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a
refund or replacement.
We will review the claim and contact you if we
need more information.
If approved, we will refund or resend the item,
you may also be asked to return the product.
Where do I send returns?
You have to do speed post to get the product return.
If you have made your online payment then the payment of your return product will be transferred to your bank after we get your product from us.
If you have ordered the product on your cash on delivery then you will get the return payment in Srfrz.com wallet when your product is received from us.
All products must be returned to the warehouse
they were dispatched from.
Spare Parts/Repair Service
If the product you received is defective or not
working, you can contact us to have the whole item or its spare parts repaired.
Please note that if the damage is caused by incorrect or improper use, you
might be charged a certain sum for this service.
