      What is Cash on Delivery?

      If you are not comfortable making an online payment on SRFRZ.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is 50,000rs. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Gift Cards or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.

      If you make a cash-on-delivery order, then you may have to pay a shipping charge less than or more than Rs 60 rupees.

      All spare parts and accessories of the mobile phone comes with a 10-day warranty. Customers can change goods purchased from our website within 10 days.

      Warranty - does not cover any loss due to postal or courier services. We recommend you to check the packet carefully.

      Make a video while opening the packet.

      In order to return or replace any product, the customer has to submit the request within 12 hours of delivery. No product will be returned intermittently.

      The replacement product must be well packaged. Product tampering or sealing broken items or used product will not be returned.

      We will not be responsible if any goods get broken or damaged in postage or shipment. If this happens, the refund amount for your product will not be refunded.

      We will not have any responsibility for the product after the warranty expires.

      There are also some products in our website that come without warranty. No warranty of such product will be denied.

      You will get a return amount only if the return product comes to us within 11 days after delivery. If you get your goods back on 11 days, we will not be responsible for it.

      How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

      We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.

      Credit cards

      We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

      To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

      Debit cards

      We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

      To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

      Internationally issued credit/debit cards cannot be used for Flyte, Wallet and eGV payments/top-ups.
