Answer: Our Warehouse In East Delhi India.
3. Q. Is (COD) Cash on Delivery available?
Answer: Sorry due to low profit and hug loss in COD charges dont have cash on
delivery option, currently have only prepaid payment option available.
4. Q. Can i come to your warehouse for purchasing spare parts?
Answer: Sorry currently we sell our product on our website only,
So if you need any product you have to buy from
our website by online payment.
5.Q. What is the shipping charges?
Answer: There is flat 45rs to 65rs shipping on all our product.
6.Q. What is the delivery time?
Answer: Delivery takes minimum 2 to max 10 working days,
Its all depends on your address area.
7.Q. Can i cancel an order if i change my mind or any other personal
reason?
Answer: Yes you can cancel the order only if order is not shipped.
8.Q. Can i refuse the delivery if i change my mind or any other reason?
Answer: Yes you can refuse the delivery but you have to pay forwarded shipping
charges and return shipping charge,
We will refund you the money after deducting both
the amount within 7 days.
9. Q. Can i return the item if my technician or any other person claim that
i purchase the item in high price?
Answer: Sorry we dont accept return if anyone claim that item price is high so
please check whole internet and your local market then compare the price before

Answer: Sorry we dont have any refund policy, you have to return
The item to our warehouse, once we get our item
in same condition without any damage or changes we send your replacement.
11. Q. Can i get the replacement if i received broken item?
Answer: We check and pack all our product carefully, for your safety please open
the box in front of courier boy and make a video, if you found item is broken
then you have to update on courier boy delivery sheet that item is broke, we
cant accept broken item return without the video proof.
12. Q. Is there any replacement if item not works?
Answer: All our item tested 3 times, if you claim that item is not working for you
then you have to share a video proof by attaching the item with your motherboard.
Without complete video we are not accept any
return for not working item.
13. Q. How can return the item via INDIAN SPEED POST shipping service once
your return request is accepted,
Answer: You have to pay return shipping charges, we pay shipping charges when we
send replacement, item must be return in same condition without Damage or
Repair marks.
